Welcome to the Sitecore WebDAV project

The  FileDropAreaGridView shared source control is designed to render content of  FileDropArea field type.

The control allows the Website visitor to view all the published files in File Drop Area and perform appropriate actions upon them. It also allows developers to add a File Drop Area field to layouts or sublayouts.

In usual mode this control will be rendered as a usual Grid control:

If one switches mode to Page Editor\Edit mode the Explorer window will be rendered and one can perform any appropriate actions with media items: upload, download, copy, paste, delete, rename, etc:
