Welcome to the Multiple sites manager
Sitecore provides a possibility to add and configure multiple sites from inside the client without editing the web.config file. The Multiple Sites Manager module puts such possibility into practice. A user can easily manage and add custom sites.
The Multiple Sites Manager allows setting up several different sites in a single installation, but as of now also limits it to a single server.
For instructions on how to check out a working copy please see the user guide on the Sitecore Developer Network.
Use this URL in your repository browser when you want to checkout the source code:

The version located in the trunk has been upgraded to Sitecore 6.2 and the versions 5.3 and 6.0 has been moved to the tags folder. Where we store older versions.
If you want to report a bug or have any questions on the Multiple Sites Manager please visit the shared source forum on SDN and create a post with a detailed description of the problem and what you are trying to accomplish. This will help the person answering your question a great deal.
